1. Acceptance of the Terms
Welcome to LinkedScope. By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, connecting an advertising platform, or enabling any integration or automation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use LinkedScope on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use LinkedScope.
2. Service Description
LinkedScope is operated by LINKUPERS DIGITAL BUSINESS LTDA, registered under Brazilian CNPJ 50.667.466/0001-13. The platform provides tools for managing, analyzing, and automating advertising and lead-management activities across supported platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Depending on the features enabled and permissions granted by the user, LinkedScope may retrieve advertising data, import leads, generate reports and insights, synchronize contact audiences, create or configure conversion actions, send conversion events, and create, update, pause, replace, or otherwise manage advertising resources.
3. Independent Service and Third-Party Trademarks
LinkedScope is an independent platform and is not endorsed, affiliated with, sponsored by, or supported by LinkedIn Corporation, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their respective affiliates, unless expressly stated otherwise. LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and all related trademarks, logos, and service names are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any partnership or formal relationship.
4. Permitted Use of the Platform
You agree to use LinkedScope only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, advertising-platform policies, privacy and data-protection requirements, and the rights of third parties. You must not:
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
- Upload, process, synchronize, or disclose personal data without an appropriate legal basis, authorization, or consent.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, credentials, or data.
- Interfere with the operation, security, performance, or integrity of LinkedScope or any connected platform.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit the platform except as expressly permitted by us.
- Use LinkedScope to circumvent platform restrictions, advertising policies, rate limits, consent requirements, or access controls.
- Submit malicious code, automated attacks, misleading information, or content prohibited by connected advertising platforms.
5. User Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials and for all activities performed through your account, including activities initiated by authorized team members, integrations, scheduled synchronizations, and automations.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. LinkedScope is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect credentials, tokens, connected accounts, or access permissions.
6. Advertising-Platform Integrations
To use integration features, you may connect accounts from LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or other supported providers. By connecting an account, you authorize LinkedScope to access and perform the operations presented during the authorization and configuration flows, subject to the permissions you grant and the settings you enable.
You represent that you are authorized to connect and manage each advertising account, Page, dataset, pixel, audience, lead form, campaign, and other resource selected through LinkedScope. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested and maintaining the access required for each feature.
You may revoke future access by disconnecting an integration or revoking LinkedScope through the provider. Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete information previously stored by LinkedScope or resources already created within the provider. Requests to delete stored information must be made separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Automated Actions and Campaign Management
Some LinkedScope features can automatically perform actions in connected advertising accounts. These actions may include synchronizing or replacing audiences, creating conversion actions, sending conversion events, updating resources, and, where available, creating, modifying, pausing, or otherwise managing campaigns, ads, or related resources.
Automated actions occur only after the user connects the applicable account and enables, requests, configures, or authorizes the corresponding feature. By enabling an automation, you instruct LinkedScope to continue performing the configured actions until the automation is disabled, the integration is disconnected, the required authorization expires, or the service becomes unavailable.
You are responsible for reviewing automation settings, audience selections, performance criteria, recommendations, and the results of automated actions. Advertising conditions and data may change, and automated actions can affect campaign delivery, targeting, spending, lead processing, reporting, and performance. LinkedScope does not guarantee any particular advertising outcome.
8. Contact Lists, Audiences, and Legal Basis
When uploading or synchronizing contact information with LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or another provider, you represent and warrant that:
- You lawfully collected and are authorized to use and disclose the information for advertising, audience matching, measurement, and related purposes.
- You have provided all required privacy notices and obtained all required consents or other valid legal bases.
- You will honor applicable opt-outs, objections, deletion requests, and restrictions.
- The information does not include prohibited, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized sensitive data.
- Your use complies with applicable laws and the audience, customer-match, advertising, and data-use terms of each connected provider.
Before initiating a manual audience synchronization, LinkedScope may require you to confirm acceptance of the applicable audience terms. Enabling automatic contact-audience synchronization constitutes your continuing instruction to perform future synchronizations and your confirmation that you maintain the required rights, legal basis, and acceptance of the applicable provider terms.
You remain the data controller or otherwise responsible party for the contact information you provide. LinkedScope processes this information on your behalf only to deliver the requested functionality.
9. Lead Data and Conversion Events
LinkedScope may retrieve leads from supported lead-generation forms and process lead and qualified-lead events for measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting, and CRM-related functionality. You are responsible for ensuring that your lead forms, notices, consent language, qualification processes, and follow-up communications comply with applicable laws and provider requirements.
Conversion events and customer identifiers may be sent to connected providers when the corresponding settings are enabled. Delivery, processing, matching, attribution, reporting, and acceptance of these events are controlled in part by the provider and are not guaranteed by LinkedScope.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Insights
LinkedScope may use artificial intelligence, statistical models, rules, or automated analysis to generate insights, summaries, classifications, recommendations, or suggested actions. These outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs and deciding whether to rely on or apply them. AI-generated recommendations do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, or professional advice, and LinkedScope does not guarantee campaign performance, lead quality, revenue, cost savings, or any other result.
You must not submit information to AI-enabled features unless you have the right and legal basis to process it for that purpose. As described in our Privacy Policy, advertising-platform data is not used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models unrelated to providing, securing, supporting, or improving LinkedScope for the applicable user.
11. Data Collection, Processing, and Storage
LinkedScope collects, processes, transmits, and stores information necessary to provide its features. This may include account and configuration data, connected-resource identifiers, access credentials or tokens, lead and contact information, audience mappings, synchronization records, conversion-event records, technical information, logs, and advertising-related operational data.
Some information obtained from connected APIs may be processed temporarily, while other information may be stored when necessary to provide integrations, reporting, attribution, lead management, automation, security, troubleshooting, or audit functionality. Certain customer identifiers may be normalized, transformed into hashes, encrypted, or otherwise protected as appropriate for their purpose and provider requirements.

12. Third-Party Services and Provider Policies
Connected advertising platforms and other third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, availability commitments, and review processes. You are responsible for complying with those requirements.
LinkedScope does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, token expiration, permission revocation, account restrictions, policy enforcement, audience processing, event matching, attribution decisions, advertising review, campaign delivery, or the deletion or modification of resources by a provider or another authorized user.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue an integration when required by a provider, applicable law, security concern, technical limitation, or policy change.
13. Payments, Subscriptions, and Taxes
Certain LinkedScope features or plans require payment. Pricing, billing frequency, plan limits, included features, trial conditions, and any applicable commitments will be disclosed during purchase, in the applicable order, or in your account settings.
Where indicated during purchase, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until canceled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees and taxes using your selected payment method. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and paying all amounts when due.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available account or support channels. Unless otherwise stated during purchase or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. It does not retroactively refund fees already charged, and unused time, credits, or plan capacity are non-refundable.
We may change prices, plan limits, or included features. Material pricing changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated in advance and will normally apply from a subsequent renewal period. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Refunds are provided only when expressly stated in an applicable commercial offer, required by law, or approved by LinkedScope at its discretion. Taxes, duties, and governmental charges may be added where applicable.
14. Availability and Service Modifications
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of LinkedScope. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Maintenance, security incidents, third-party API changes, provider outages, infrastructure failures, account restrictions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily or permanently affect features or integrations.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or conduct that may harm LinkedScope, its users, or third parties.
You may stop using the platform and request account closure. Account closure, integration disconnection, subscription cancellation, and deletion of stored data are separate actions and may have different effective dates. Data deletion and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
16. Intellectual Property
LinkedScope, including its software, design, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, content, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to LINKUPERS DIGITAL BUSINESS LTDA and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use LinkedScope for your internal business purposes and, where applicable, to provide authorized services to your clients or customers during the applicable subscription or authorized-use period.
17. User Content and Operational License
You retain ownership of the data, content, configurations, and materials you lawfully submit to LinkedScope. You grant LinkedScope a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, transform, and otherwise use such materials only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the services you request.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and integrity of your content and for maintaining copies of information that you cannot afford to lose.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedScope is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, compatible with every third-party system, or capable of producing any specific advertising, audience, conversion, lead, revenue, or business result.
Reports, estimates, recommendations, match rates, attributed results, and other outputs may depend on data and decisions controlled by users and third-party providers.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LINKUPERS DIGITAL BUSINESS LTDA and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, data, advertising spend, campaign performance, or business interruption arising from or related to LinkedScope.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LINKUPERS DIGITAL BUSINESS LTDA and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of LinkedScope, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of third-party rights, or your provision or processing of data without the required rights, permissions, consents, authorization, or lawful basis.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, integrations, commercial practices, provider requirements, or applicable laws. Updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. When changes are material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or LinkedScope will be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
