With Meta Ads connected, LinkedScope adds Facebook and Instagram to the Dashboard, receives Lead Ads leads, syncs Contacts audiences (Custom Audiences) and sends conversions through the Pixel. The connection has three choices: ad account, Pixel and Page.
- Where: Settings > Integrations, Meta card
- Who can connect: Owner and Admin
- Time: 3 minutes
- You’ll need: a Facebook user with access to the ad account, the Pixel and the Page
How to connect
- Open Settings > Integrations
The Meta card is in the Ad account category. - Click Connect account
Sign in to Facebook, choose the accounts and Pages LinkedScope can access and accept the permissions. - Select the ad account
This is the only required choice. Once you pick the account, the Pixel and Page lists load. - Select the Pixel
Required to send lead conversions to Meta through the Conversions API. - Select the Page
Required to receive leads from Lead Ads forms. LinkedScope subscribes to the Page so it is notified of every new lead. - Save
The card shows the chosen account, Pixel and Page.
You can finish later
If you saved only the ad account, the Pixel and Page lists stay available on the card so you can complete the setup. Without a Pixel, conversions aren’t sent. Without a Page, Lead Ads leads don’t arrive.
Requested permissions

Frequently asked questions
Audience sync asked me to accept terms on Meta.
Meta requires an ad account admin to accept the Custom Audience Terms. LinkedScope tries to accept them automatically and, if it can’t, shows the link to accept them in Business Manager.
I can’t see my Page or my Pixel in the list.
During Facebook authorization, the Page or Pixel wasn’t shared with LinkedScope, or your user has no access to it. Disconnect, connect again and select every asset you need.
Does changing the ad account keep the Pixel and Page?
No. When you change the account, the Pixel and Page are cleared and must be chosen again for the new account.
