Besides your website, LinkedScope receives leads from the networks’ native forms: LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Google Ads lead forms and Meta Lead Ads. They show up on the Leads screen alongside website leads.

How leads arrive from each network

When you connect a network, recent leads are imported in the background. The same lead is never duplicated, even if it arrives through both paths.
How to fetch leads right away
- Open the Leads screen
Native leads show the network as the source under Conversion location. - Click Update
LinkedScope fetches recent submissions from the connected networks now. - Check the result
If a network refuses access, the message Could not sync leads. Please check the permissions on the connected accounts appears with the network’s name.
What happens to each native lead
- The form fields are stored with the questions’ original names.
- If Lead conversion sending is on, the event goes to every connected network, including the one that captured the lead. See How to send Lead and Qualified Lead conversions to ad networks.
- You get a new-lead notification.
- Test leads generated by the networks’ tools arrive with the Test tag and don’t generate conversions.
Frequently asked questions
I’m not receiving LinkedIn leads.
Check that the user who connected LinkedIn has access to the ad account and, for Page forms, to the Page. Reconnecting usually fixes it. See How to reconnect an expired integration.
I’m not receiving Meta leads.
Select the Lead Ads Page on the Meta card. Without a Page, forms aren’t subscribed. See How to connect Meta Ads to LinkedScope.
Google leads take a while to show up.
That’s expected: they are imported every 6 hours. Use Update to fetch them right away.
