How to reconnect

  1. Open Settings > Integrations
Or click Reconnect in the notification.
  2. Disconnect the account if the card still shows its name
Click Disconnect account. On LinkedIn, a revoked connection already shows as disconnected.
  3. Click Connect account and authorize again
Use a user with access to the ad account. On Google, 2-Step Verification must be on.
  4. Select the same ad account
If you choose the same account, previous conversions, audiences and settings keep working.

Nothing is lost
Lists, leads and automations stay saved in LinkedScope while disconnected. On LinkedIn, if the impression cap had active exclusions, they are cleaned up automatically after you reconnect.

Frequently asked questions

Are leads that arrived while the connection was expired recovered?

Native forms are checked again every 6 hours after reconnecting, which recovers recent leads. On Google, form data is only available for a short time, so reconnect as soon as possible.

Why does the connection expire if nobody changed anything?

Networks can revoke access for security reasons, after a password or permission change, or when the user leaves the company. Prefer connecting with a stable user, such as whoever manages the accounts.

Where can I see what each network unlocks?

In Ad integrations: LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
