Setup Guide for LinkedScope HubSpot Integration
LinkedScope connects HubSpot CRM data with LinkedIn Ads reporting so users can understand how LinkedIn Ads activity relates to CRM pipeline, won deals, lost deals, and target account engagement.
With the LinkedScope HubSpot integration, users can:
- Read HubSpot deals and associate pipeline/revenue data with LinkedIn Ads performance.
- Read deal pipeline and stage metadata to classify open, won, and lost pipeline.
- Read companies associated with HubSpot deals for account-level attribution.
- Read HubSpot owners to show who owns each CRM opportunity inside LinkedScope reports.
LinkedScope only reads HubSpot CRM data. It does not create, update, or delete HubSpot records.
Install the app
- Sign in to your LinkedScope account.
- Open Settings and go to the Integrations tab.
- Find the HubSpot integration card.
- Click Connect.
- Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.
- Review the requested permissions on the HubSpot authorization screen.
- Click Connect app to approve the connection.
- After HubSpot redirects back to LinkedScope, the HubSpot integration status will show as connected.
Configure the app
No field mapping or writeback configuration is required. After the HubSpot account is connected, LinkedScope automatically starts preparing CRM data for reporting.
- In LinkedScope, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Confirm that the HubSpot integration status is Connected.
- Wait for the first CRM sync to complete. Depending on the amount of CRM data, this can take several minutes.
- After sync completes, HubSpot pipeline data becomes available in LinkedScope reporting views.
Use the app
LinkedScope uses the connected HubSpot account to read CRM data and combine it with LinkedIn Ads reporting. Users can view CRM pipeline and owner context inside LinkedScope dashboards and reports.
The integration supports the following HubSpot data access:
- Deals: Sync From HubSpot.
- Deal Properties: Sync From HubSpot.
- Companies: Sync From HubSpot.
- Owners: Sync From HubSpot.
LinkedScope requests the following HubSpot OAuth scopes:
- oauth: OAuth connection and token refresh.
- crm.objects.deals.read: Read deals for pipeline and revenue attribution.
- crm.schemas.deals.read: Read deal pipelines and stages.
- crm.objects.companies.read: Read companies associated with deals for pipeline attribution by account.
- crm.objects.owners.read: Read HubSpot owners for opportunity ownership context.
Disconnect the app
Disconnecting HubSpot stops LinkedScope from refreshing the OAuth connection and stops future HubSpot CRM syncs. Existing HubSpot records are not changed or deleted, because LinkedScope does not write data back to HubSpot.
- Sign in to LinkedScope.
- Open Settings and go to the Integrations tab.
- Find the connected HubSpot integration.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm the disconnection.
Uninstall the app
To uninstall LinkedScope from your HubSpot account, open your HubSpot account settings and remove LinkedScope from your connected apps.
Uninstalling the app revokes LinkedScope’s HubSpot access. LinkedScope will no longer be able to refresh tokens or sync HubSpot CRM data. Existing records in HubSpot remain unchanged.
